Welcome to 2Surge Marketing and THANK YOU for your business!
In order for us to begin servicing your account, we first need to setup your billing account. Your initial account with username and password has been created and the login credentials have been emailed to you. Use those details to login and follow the steps below to complete your account setup.

- LOGGING IN: Proceed to https://billing.2surge.com/my-account and use the login credentials emailed to you to login.
- Once logged in, you will then see the Main Menu
- Click the ADDRESSES menu link on the left
ADDING / EDITING ACCOUNT DETAILS
- On the Edit Billing Address screen, enter as many details as possible for your billing account. PLEASE NOTE: This address should be the one associated with your payment method.
- Click the SAVE ADDRESS button once your details are entered.
- Click the PAYMENT METHODS menu link on the left
- Next, enter the credit card details associated to your billing address. This includes the card number, expiration date, and card security code (csc) located on the card. NOTE: We also accept PayPal as a payment method. If you wish to pay via PayPal, those details will be entered at the time of order / invoice payment.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover) as well as PayPal.
- After the card details are entered, click the ADD PAYMENT METHOD button to securely save your details.
That's it... you've completed setting up your 2Surge billing account. Please retain your login information for future use as you can use this billing portal to:
- View and pay invoices
- View and pay for subscriptions like Hosting, SEO, Paid Advertising Campaigns, etc.
- Access downloads or files we wish to share with you
- Make changes to your account like address updates, payment card updates, etc
